Staff Selection Commission (SSC) holds an examination every year for recruitment to the posts of Junior Engineer. SSC is going to conduct a written examination for JE (Civil, Electrical and Mechanical) in CWC, CPWD, MES and other departments. Paper 1 was conducted in December, 2016. Those Candidates who qualify Paper 1 will appear for Paper II.
SSC Junior Engineer Paper I Date – 01 March to 04 March, 2017
SSC JE Admit Card : Admission Certificates (ACs) for the Examination indicating the time table and also venues of examination for each candidate will be issued to all applicants about two weeks before the date of examination. Candidates are required to download the admission certificate from the website of the regional/sub regional office concerned. It will not be sent by post. If any candidate does not receive admission certificate for the examination one week before the date of examination, he/she must immediately contact the concerned regional/sub regional office(s) of the commission with details such as registration id, transaction id of SBI, copy of challan etc. for obtaining the admission certificates. Failure to do so can deprive him/her of any claim for thought.
Exam Pattern :- SSC JE Exam Pattern will be as follows :
► The written test can comprise of 2 papers carrying total five hundred marks i.e. PAPER I – 200 marks and PAPER II – three hundred marks.
► Paper-I will be objective type whereas Paper-II conventional type.
► Time allowed for each paper will be 02:00 hours separately.
► Paper-I will be objective type whereas Paper-II conventional type.
► Time allowed for each paper will be 02:00 hours separately.
